Dune Drifters Tourism LLC operates DesertSafarisDubai.com and offers desert safari experiences, city tours, dhow cruises, quad biking, dune buggy rides, and related tourism services throughout Dubai & the UAE.
We are a registered tourism company operating under the applicable regulations of the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET). Company registration or licensing information can be provided upon request through our customer support team.

A booking is confirmed only once we’ve received payment (full or partial, depending on the tour) and issued a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary — for example, if a tour is fully booked or a pickup location is outside our serviceable area.
Prices shown on the site can change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your booking is what applies. Government fees, tourism levies, or other applicable charges may be added where required.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by tour type and how far in advance you cancel. Full details are on our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy page — please read it before booking, especially for private vehicle or VIP camp bookings, which carry different notice requirements than shared/group tours.
Requests to change your tour date or package are handled on a best-effort basis and depend on availability. Changes close to the travel date may carry additional charges.

Late arrival can result in a missed pickup with no refund, per our cancellation terms.
Some of our desert experiences — dune bashing, quad biking, dune buggies — are physically active. They may not be suitable for pregnant guests, people with serious back, neck, or heart conditions, or very young infants. Please tell us about any relevant medical condition before booking so we can advise on the right tour, and always follow the safety instructions given by your guide or driver on the day.
Tours may be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to weather, government directives, safety concerns, or other operational factors outside our control. Where this happens, we’ll offer an alternative date or another reasonable solution — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this affects payments already made.
Some tours involve partner operators — camps, boats, transport providers. We select our partners carefully but can’t be held responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We aim to keep tour descriptions, pricing, and photos accurate & current, but details can change without notice. Photos on the site are illustrative and may differ slightly from your actual experience.
All content on this site — text, photos, graphics, logos, & video — belongs to Dune Drifters Tourism LLC unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
To the extent permitted under UAE law, Dune Drifters Tourism LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or participation in our tours, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute between a customer & Dune Drifters Tourism LLC falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
